Kid-friendly hotel with gentle staff. The room was perfect and the bathroom large. I appreciated the gorgeous breakfast, offered by this property. There was a beautiful garden in the hotel Moreover, parking was nearby.

Hotel was neat and VERY WELL DECORATED, I loved its outstanding location and staff. Large bedrooms and brilliant pool. Picturesque location with a metro station near the property. Relaxing reception.

Staff was fine, the buffet breakfast was magnificent. Gothic style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Bathroom was luxury, bed was comfortable. They made my stay luxurious. The pool bar in the property had lots of free mineral great cocktails and wines throughout the day.

The personnel was always friendly multilingual, early check-in, plus the service was decent. The restaurant was light and served savoury food. Also, we visited a popular film museum.

Handy location, active personnel and very good breakfast. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. Clean and unique hotel in 12th arr. District. And very close to - many main attractions in Paris and an Arena. Quick check in and in general EXCEPTIONAL service.

Downside was the air conditioner, it was weak.

Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was set short way from national library of france. Our room was comfortable. We can recommend the venue to family and friends as its location was good.
